Victoria holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom and BSc.Ed in Educational Foundation from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, UK. A member of the CHRLE with NECA and COPE within the Maritime sector.

Lawson Ajayi is an accomplished, driven and educated professional with extensive administrative and management experience with over 15 years’ experience in coordination and support of corporate operations, maintenance services, HSE, technical support and project/program management.

A graduate of Ambrose Alli University with degree in Physics, MBA (Marketing Management) from Lagos State University and Professional Certificate holder in Occupational Safety and health Management from OSH Academy. He is a member of the Nigerian institute of safety professional and International Facility Management Association Nigeria.

I am a result – oriented and deadline driven individual with outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Adept in Project management, strategic planning, Asset management, Vendor and Contract management, Logistics management, HSE and Facility management, Procurement and Administrative management, bookkeeping and expense handling, articulate communicator with direct sales experience.

A highly competent individual with long-standing and diverse experience throughout multiple industries and capacities.

Toyin M. Ahmed

Toyin Mohammed Ahmed is a seasoned manager and administrator guru with more than 20 years of experience in managerial roles. His schooling at grade level started in Kwara State before he headed to Kaduna for his tertiary education. He has a diploma in mining engineering from the leading Kaduna Polytechnic, a B.sc in Business Administration and M.sc (in view) in same discipline from the National Open University of Nigeria.

He also has a professional certification in Maritime Logistics & Shipping Operations; Capacity Building for Organization Efficiency; Effective Budget & Corporate Planning and Dry Port Management. His work experiences span from the Electrical sector (then known as NEPA) where he held a position as Materials Standard Engineer (MSE) before moving on to become a Marketing Manager and National Co-Ordinator respectively at two separate thriving oil and gas service providers in the 1990s to early 2000.

He joined the prestigious Inland Containers Nigeria Limited (ICNL) in 2008 and was the Depot Manager of the company’s Kaduna ICD. Up to January 2015. Through hard work, dedication, excellent work ethics and ability to deliver impressive results, he has since risen through the ranks and have been serving the company in different capacities; from Depot Manager, ICD Kaduna, to Logistics/Container Control Manager, Port Traffic manager and currently holding a Senior Management position as the HOD overseeing ICT/LCC at the Head Office, Lagos. Passionate about growth and high-impact productivity; resilience and doggedness are his watchwords.

His leadership qualities and goal-oriented strategies are second to none. He is vast, versatile, astute, well-read, and well-travelled. He is also an Associate with various professional bodies, some of which include the Certified Institute of Shipping (ACIS) and Chattered Institute of Administration (ACIA).

He hails from Kwara state of Nigeria and happily married with children.

Abigail Odetunde is a certified shipping maritime expert and a professional custom broker She is a Member of Nigeria institute of shipping, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation, Port and Terminal Management and The Certified Institute of Shipping (CIS).

She obtained her first degree in Zoology from university of Ilorin and went ahead to obtain her master’s degree in Transportation Planning & Management from the renowned university of Lagos. She later proceeded and obtain Advance Diploma in Shipping Port Administration and Management from the same University of Lagos and international Advanced diploma in charted institute of logistics and transportation.

She has over 16 years of working experience in the maritime industry and currently the operations Manager of the company where she oversees operational activities in the company.

Her years of experience in maritime industry is unrivalled, she is driven by passion, result oriented and has Zeal for excellence, a good negotiator and customer centric. 

Finance & Accounts Manager

Oluwaseun Samuel Olajide

Samuel is a Qualified Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). A graduate with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He is also an affiliate of ACCA (UK).

He has eight (8) years’ work experience out of which six (6) years were in the Maritime Sector. He joined ICNL in 2012 and currently in charge of the finances and accounts of the company. He is an experienced finance professional in charge of managing budgets, audits, management accounts (IFRS compliant), and cash flows.

Olugbenga Owolabi

Olugbenga Owolabi is a multi-disciplinary person with over 18 years experience in sales, marketing, management, brand management, Shipping & Logistics . A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a first degree in Animal Science. He has a Masters degree in Management from the Ambrose Alli University and another Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos. He also has a third Masters degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from University of Salford, Manchester.

He has worked in 30 states of the federation and 6 different countries in the world in various senior positions and capacities including Shipping, FMCG, Logistics and Service Delivery.

A Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, his wealth of experience spans across Business Development for Shipping & Logistics, Marine Operations, service delivery as well as International trade. I am a very experienced international and notable logistician spanning through almost all aspect of the Shipping & Logistics including commercial sales and marketing, general operations.

He is a deeply accomplished and results-driven senior management executive with years of sound track record of success and experience in different sectors with and extensive knowledge in Maritime management, operations management, policy administration, business strategy and development.

He is dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving high value revenue and profit gains, project management, cost saving strategies and improved organizational productivity and performance. He has a consistent documented ability to lead teams in meeting set objectives, human capacity building and developing other leaders with an equal desire to excel and win.

Ismail Adekola Yusuf is the Managing Director of Inland Containers Nigeria Limited. He has over 24 years of experience in Logistics, Finance and Maritime Sector of the economy and he has also worked in Niger River Basin Development Authority, Kaduna Area office.

Ismail holds an HND in accounting from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna, and an MSc. Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria.

He is also a fellow of Port and Terminal Management Academy and Institute of Chartered Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria.
